William Cape Gardens Meets Accreditation Standards

We are pleased to advise that as a result of the Aged Care Accreditation & Standards Agency visit on 7-9 May, William Cape Gardens has met the 44 Accreditation Standards that are assessed.

The Agency measures the care and services of all Australian aged care facilities. Over three days the assessors reviewed documented procedures, observed our practices and they look at resident records and other documents. They also talked with residents to get their feedback about their satisfaction with the care and services being provided by William Cape Gardens.
