Kerry Mann, Chief Executive Officer
Kerry is Chief Executive Officer of Cranbrook Care. Kerry directs all aspects of the business at the corporate and facility levels. This includes strategic planning, financial management, property development, executive and facility management. Kerry has over 20 years experience in the health industry and holds a Masters in Business Administration. Kerry is a Director of the peak industry body Leading Aged Care Services Australia (LASA).
Catherine Blomquist, Director of Care Services
Cathy is directly responsible for the day to day running of William Cape Gardens. She is responsible for the overall quality of care provided to residents and oversees the operational aspects of William Cape Gardens including providing a high standard of senior management leadership for staff, clinical expertise, financial management, human resource management and leading innovative care practices. Cathy has over 25 years’ experience in the health care industry including ten years in residential aged care. Having worked in the positions of Registered Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing and Clinical Manager, Cathy has in-depth knowledge of the clinical and operational aspects of residential aged care. Prior to commencing at William Cape Gardens, Cathy was Nursing Unit Manager at Wyong Hospital, Geriatric Rehabilitation Ward.
Debbie Hinton, Client Relations Manager
Debbie is responsible for making the transition to aged care a smooth one for residents and their families. In this role Debbie provides an honest and open relationship with all stakeholders to ensure good relations between staff, management, residents and the local community. Debbie has worked at William Cape Gardens for over 8 years in client services roles. Debbie has worked in the health care industry for over 20 years in various client services roles.
Liz MacDonald, Client Services Manager
Liz is responsible for all aspects of client services, business support and administration for William Cape Gardens. Liz and the client services team are the point of contact for residents, their family members and friends on matters such as admissions, accounts and to arrange appointments.
